What it is

This vs That is an NCLEX classroom showdown for the big screen. Contestants pick names and avatars, then a clinical scenario appears with two choices: THIS or THAT. Analyze the vitals, ABCs, and safety data and make the call in 30 seconds.

Play Hot seat (one contestant per round) or Everyone plays (all contestants answer every round on keyboard buzzers). Correct answers earn 10 points plus a speed bonus of up to 10 more. Wrong answers lose 5, and the rationale stays locked until the timer runs out unless the instructor reveals it early.

There are 70 high-yield NCLEX cases across the topics you pick. Answer sides shuffle every game, and the top score is crowned Clinical Reasoning Master on the podium.
