What it is

In Pharmacy you are behind the counter. Customers walk up with a prescription from their provider. Read the script and the label on the shelf, then answer before time runs out.

There are four kinds of questions: dosage calculations (type the answer and tap Dispense), medication questions (doses, side effects, labs, antidotes), patient education (what to teach and what shows understanding), and verify the prescription (catch allergies, 10x doses, interactions, and unsafe abbreviations). You also spot do-not-use terms like QD, U, trailing zeros, and missing leading zeros, and read sig codes like BID, PRN, AC, and SL.

Focus a whole shift on one drug class (heart and blood pressure, blood thinners, diabetes and hormones, respiratory, antibiotics, pain, GI, neuro and mental health, or electrolytes) and pick Easy, Medium, or Hard. Your end-of-shift report shows every formula and rationale.

  • Drug classes, side effects, labs to watch, and antidotes
  • Patient teaching and what shows understanding
