What it is
The NCLEX Exam Simulator is the closest thing on NURSYN to test day. A full exam simulation adapts to you and runs 85 to 150 items, with a calculator, a pause, an optional break, and the option to save and come back.
It draws from 375 original Next Gen items, including unfolding case studies, highlight items (click the findings that need follow-up), ordering items, select all that apply, and classic multiple choice. You can also set up a shorter practice test with filters, or run a weak-area drill on the topics that keep tripping you up.
When you finish, you get your results, an item-by-item review with rationales, recent attempts, and your strength by Client Needs category. Practice items are original and for study only.
